AE Smith Team Awarded For Service
AE Smith has fared well at the recent International Customer Service Professional (ICSP) Awards, receiving three awards in just the first year of entering
Melbourne Service Account Manager, Brad Disher took Silver awards in the categories of Change Agent and Customer Engagement, while AE Smith as a whole received the coveted Gold award in the People and Culture category.
Customer Service Centre Manager, Brett Gallie said it was a fantastic outcome for the first year of entering the awards.
“Our entire team should be very proud of what has been achieved,” he said. “This is another milestone in our journey towards creating a more customer focused, outcome driven business.”
AE Smith also had staff nominated in other individual awards.
Customer Service Coordinator, Tiffany Laughlin was nominated for her Service Leadership, as was General Manager of Brisbane Service Mark Lovelady, who made the trip to Melbourne for the Awards with his wife Julie.
