“Working with the Elderly” training was commissioned by AE Smith to augment the specialist range of air conditioning, building services and energy efficiency services the company delivers to aged care facilities.

The training, designed and delivered by Aged & Community Care Victoria, focuses on various issues facing aged care facilities and the residents they take care of, including communicating with the elderly with respect and understanding. This proactive commitment to ensuring high levels of service has not gone unnoticed by AE Smith’s aged care clients.
