Delivering a service that our customers truly value is what we aim to do every day. Ongoing research like this gives us the opportunity to listen to and learn from our customer’s experience

AE Smith has commissioned Stellar Market Research, an independent research organisation, to conduct an ongoing study to determine and track the satisfaction level of existing AE Smith Service customers since 2006.

Results from the most recent wave of research were presented earlier this year. Whilst we were delighted to hear the many good things we are doing right, we have also taken action to learn from and improve in other areas.

For example, one happy customer kindly said when surveyed, “They helped us out with an asbestos issue. They really came through for us… with the best price and the right expertise.”
